We have already communicated with you that we can replace it for you free of charge, but you have initiated a chargeback, so we cannot process a return, refund, or replacement for you. Please cancel the chargeback, and we will replace it or process a return and refund for you.
If youre shipping internationally, their 'two day shipping' is more like three weeks, even if their customer service team assures you they can deliver in a few days. After realizing the shoes would be extremely delayed, I needed to modify the delivery with the shipper. Gifennse ensured me the delivery could not be modified, there was nothing they could do. Thankfully I worked with UPS directly to modify the delivery, but this is something Gifennse could have and should have taken care of on my behalf. Very poor experience, I wont be returning.
