Honestly the best service in my opinion... I have bought leashes and harnesses and toys from them and I have only had one complaint... That they don't have some absolutely gorgeous harnesses in my dog's size... Chewy loves their squeaky toys... Ginger and bear contacted me about my most recent purchase when they thought I had bought the wrong harness size and we're ready at hand to give suggestions for other types of harnesses... Once everything was confirmed, I got the items the very next day, hand delivered... They also included 3 poop bag rolls as a little gift... It doesn't get better than this, truth be told...
After ordering an item from overseas there was a slight mix up from the supplier which resulted in a small delay, however the communication from the team at Ginger & Bear was great. We were kept in the loop with no prompting and when our item arrived we were very satisfied. There was even a wee gift to acknowledge the slight delay. Great service and I highly recommend shopping with them!
The business owner is a kind and generous person with very efficient service! I will definitely recommend to others and repurchase PLAY toys again. Everything is so cute!
Very good service, beautiful products & packaging.
Very good service. Fast delivery, beautiful products and so thoughtfully packaged. A delight to shop with ginger and bear. Can’t wait for next purchase.
Thank you so much for being so efficient and responsive to my messages so far! I enjoyed purchasing items from you especially for your excellent and personalised service to Coco and us. Thanks for everything!
I've just taken receipt of my products and at a glance, they are constructed very well and are a quality product.
The communication by the Ginger & Bear team is first class. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a product that is to your requirement and satisfaction.
I have no hesitation recommending Ginger and Bear to anyone interested.
Ginger and Bear are one of our trusted places to shop. Products are all selected with great care and love. Service is prompt and very helpful. We absolutely love them!
Love Ginger and Bear for its wide range of products from hard-to-get brands. You can also tell the products are highly curated by the owner who has good taste herself (:
Service is great and the owner will do her best to ensure the product is exactly what you’re looking for. Even little details like informing you that excess strap on harness not holding its shape well so better to size down etc.
Every package also comes with a handwritten note which is very sweet too.
