As explained in our email correspondence, the apostilled document is issued in a bound format by the relevant authority, which can sometimes prevent the pages from lying completely flat during scanning. We take care to scan the document as clearly as possible without causing any damage to the original. We understand how important document clarity is, and we had also offered to re-scan the file upon request.
