The package only arrived TODAY, hard to make an honest comment

Doesn't work with phone case

The cord is nice and flat . The stand that is supposed to plug into the bottom of the phone doesn't work with my case. The plug isn't long enough with my phone case on.

These are nice hats

These are nice hats, but the packaging is terrible. They arrive completely crushed. The buckle in the back doesn't hold the strap very well, so they adjust on their own. Shipping takes quite a while.

I ordered the Classic American Cars…

I ordered the Classic American Cars Advent Calendar but received the AIRCRAFT Advent Calendar. I sent an email to Co. stating I wanted the calendar I ordered and how to return AIRCRAFT Calendar. And they responded with all this BS about "send image of label and some other sticker". I am unable to perform that task on my computer. I just want the item I ordered, which I would think they would know what that was from my Order Number. I ordered one item and Company made a mistake and sent wrong item. So, am VERY dissatisfied with Company.

It was a little harder to use than I thought it would be. It kept slipping until I figured out just the right angle to use. After that, it worked as advertised!

Great product

The suspenders are good quality

The suspenders are good quality, but if I were designing them, I would have the spring-clip sides if each pair of buckles face each other, instead of having them face the same way.

Product arrived within a reasonable time frame and performed as advertised. It eliminates a lot of trial and error with parts, fittings a homeowner thinks might work but doesn’t.

I actually got the Y suspenders and…

I actually got the Y suspenders and while I think they’re great, my only complaint is that the suspenders have a definite “front side” and a definite “back side” and they’re not interchangeable. So when donning them you have to take care that the large plastic buckle is facing outward. And it’s not easy to adjust the orientation while wearing. But it’s a GREAT product, so far. I might get another in a different color.
