I was given tracking number JSEIU2753606249YQ but the USPS says tracking is not available because the number is invalid. This appears to be some sort of scam and I want a refund of the $25.83 charged for the products I ordered.
Stay away - this site seems to be a scam. I ordered a product from this company and used a credit card to pay. I gave them an accurate address for shipping. They charged me more than they said they would, and I never got the product. They say it was stuck with a "carrier" and they can't get it back, so they want to charge me for that and then charge me to send another. They provide no phone number for customer service (or anything else), and writing to them only elicits the same email responses. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

When the order was placed via PayPal, I did not "actually" click on pay now. I clicked on review order and before I knew it, I had authorized payment. Since the amount was not too much and I was interested in the product, I let the slip up go.

I received notification that my shirts had been delivered and someone accepted them. The problem is that they were delivered to someone in New Jersey and my home is in Kentucky. I have shown proof of delivery to the other address as well as my address. The only thing they can say is they have proof the order was delivered so they won’t refund or send to my address. Beyond disappointed

I cannot get anyone to call me back. The communication is absolutely horrific! I ordered a product and it shows it was delivered in New Jersey. The only problem is I live in Georgia! The company keeps saying it shows delivered. I don’t doubt that, however, I don’t live in New Jersey!!! Now I have no money, no product, and no way to get in touch with anybody from this company
It works but it’s not the images that were on the advert in terms of xmas pictures and the projector is not as powerful as it shows on the advert. Delivery did happen eventually but the comms around this only happened when we queried where it was.
