We are truly sorry this experience did not meet your expectations, especially for such an important occasion. Throughout the process, we remained in communication and worked continuously with the shipping company regarding the customs delay. Millions of parcels pass through customs every day, but occasionally some shipments are selected for additional review and investigation, which is unfortunately outside of our control and depends on customs authorities. We fully understand your frustration and respect your decision. To resolve the matter respectfully, we issued a full refund immediately. We sincerely regret that this experience resulted in a loss of trust and genuinely wish Taylor all the best moving forward. We also hope that perhaps in the future we may have another opportunity to serve you better.
