I recently purchased and received a ring from this company that had no 925 stamp on it. The company tried to say that it wore off during the shipping process. This is impossible. A very foolish reply in my opinion. The communication was good though and I was offered to have a new ring stamped and sent to me.I thought that was a great suggestion to remedy the situation, and seemed very fair. However, that seemed to easy, I was told I would have to pay again for this. I already paid for my ring and it wasn’t sent to me the way it was pictured on the company’s website. It was the company’s error and they should have sent me the ring and I return the other ring. I would never recommend this company. They have shady business practices. It’s honestly too bad they have beautiful jewelry and I wanted to purchase an engagement ring from them. Lesson learned!!

I got a new diamond for my 25th anniversary and couldn’t find a band I liked to go with it. I had ordered from Golden Bird Jewels before and love the piece, so decided to give them a try again. I am so glad I did! Their customer service during the creating process is incredible. I wanted a very specific type of travel ring which is a 1 ct light warm yellow moissanite in argentium silver for the extra shine and tarnish resistance. Vijay & team did not disappoint.
