The owner is wonderful to work with—he always takes the time to understand exactly what I want and verifies details with photos throughout the process. For custom pieces, he’ll even create a wax model to try on before production begins.
The craftsmanship is exceptional. Every piece has been beautifully made, sturdy, and substantial—not thin or flimsy like jewelry from some other shops. Most importantly, he creates exactly what I ask for.
The quality, communication, and customer service are outstanding. I plan to purchase all of my future jewelry from this shop and highly recommend it to anyone looking for custom jewelry done right.

From the very beginning the communication was outstanding, the whole process only took about two weeks and my rings arrived today. I chose a ring on the site then I asked them to custom make me a wedding band and within 24 hours they had the CAD to me and it was perfect. I received my rings today and they are absolutely stunning. They are everything I wanted and im so happy with this experience. I will be a returning customer for my 20 year upgrade. Lol

Deceitful messaging during production and shipping led to customs holding the ring and eventually returning it to sender. I requested refund due to concerns about product legitimacy.

Millions of parcels pass through customs every day, but occasionally some shipments are selected for additional review and investigation, which is unfortunately outside of our control and depends on customs authorities.
We fully understand your frustration and respect your decision. To resolve the matter respectfully, we issued a full refund immediately. We sincerely regret that this experience resulted in a loss of trust and genuinely wish Taylor all the best moving forward.We also hope that perhaps in the future we may have another opportunity to serve you better.
Gorgeous stones for a fair price. Nicely cut and high-quality moissanite. I'll probably order again (and next time I'll know about the unusual packaging arrangements and won't panic, lol). Shipping took a while but that's only to be expected. Ideally the prompting to write a review would come after the item has arrived, but that's a very minor complaint. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Amazing experience
From start to finish I felt like I was in good hands. They were very communicative about what stage of design/fabrication we were in, and what to expect time line wise for each step. I was kindly given a few recommendations about design features for my ring that would improve its durability which was my number 1 concern. All in all I was extreamly satisfied with my experience and the result of receiving my custom ring.

I love how the company kept in contact with me during the entire process of creating my ring. Recently my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. I wanted something to show my support.
