It was a silly mistake to think but they got it so right!
I had to admit I made a mistake of thinking that I got scammed as I didn't see the stone straight away. Only to find out, it was wrapped so tightly in a foam inside a ring box. I messaged them and they have been so patient on responding and explaining. When I found the stone I'm so happy with the quality of it and I'm blown away. Definitely will come back for more.

The order process and making of my ring was made seamless with Vijay. The customer support and constant communication throughout letting me know where in the process the were put me at ease!! Old Mind & European Cut Earrings
I ordered two pairs of earrings. One was crafted with an Old Mine cut stone and the other was crafted with an Old European cut stone--this is exactly what I had been looking for. I’ve used Golden Bird for a few years now; do the wife’s engagement and wedding band through them and it was absolutely gorgeous. Well we did IVF and had a baby and the old ones scratch randomly; so she picked a band and ring integrated set and I specifically asked for heavy attention to sanding and sharp edges. When it arrived I gave it hell to make any marks on me and this thing was perfectly smoothed out with I think about 10 stone settings; and the wife loves it. Five stars across the board.

Had a wonderful experience! Love my ring, it was exactly as pictured. My only problem is that in only 3 months of daily wear, it has lost its rose gold color and is now a very light gold and silver tone. I still wear and receive compliments, but I know in my heart it was even more beautiful before it lots it’s rose gold tone.
