Hi Lorie, We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with the contractor who arrived on the date of service. We hold Loaders to high standards of professionalism and care, and we regret that this expectation was not met. We have received your claim, and our specialist will be working closely with you to navigate towards a resolution. Again, we apologize and thank you for contacting LoadUp.
