Bon Jour Thierry! Thanks for the review. We are sorry you are not as happy with the sound of gong as you were after listening to the video. Please note on April 24th, we explained in an email after you asked about the color of the design on the gong "it is etched into the gong, sandblasted, so the color you see in the design is IN the surface of gong now, embedded". - I am sorry you are surprised about this, as we discussed before your purchase. Quel Dommage that you forgot! N'est ce pas? We do not know what you mean by mid-range, etc what is high range? Also, this is more a product review versus a review of our service, which I think was pretty good, not bad, plutôt bien, pas mal - 6 or 7 emails before you purchased. we made changes to invoice before you purchased, we were truthful along the way, I think our service was pretty good. Vive la relation franco-américaine. Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Jean-Luc Godard. Vanessa Paradis James Baldwin, Edith Piaf! Quel magnifique. Et tu!
