We rented a gong from Gongs Unlimited for our June 2025 wedding. The process was extremely simple and smooth, and the staff we spoke with were kind and professional. The gong was a big hit with our guests and made our wedding day so much fun. Thank you, Gongs Unlimited!
I ordered from my phone on Fb. No drop down size menu for the Gong stand on Fb, just a range. I thought all was well. And found out not to order on Fb again as the company did not back up the lack of drop down menu. Also returned an item that had to be dismantled and part of the item was found missing. I am pretty sure I did a darn good job of packaging and sending all of the part of an item. It took a month to settle it. I am really bummed I can't recommend them. I also asked for credit and it fell on deaf ears.
Great customer services, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Love my gong! It was safely wrapped and was shipped to me quickly.

Quick shipping, fast replies to my email inquiry, and I love the Toca percussion ocean drum!
I ran into some delivery issues, my own doing. When I contacted GU they were able to contact the carrier and immediately correct the issue for me. Note: When purchasing and shipping large items some Holding Centres will not accept to hold large items for pickup.
Love this company. High quality and great customer service. I have ordered almost all of my sound healing gear from this company and my clients are always ‘wowed’ by the tones and frequencies, the stellar craftsmanship and I am Personally very happy with the user friendly platform. AND the delivery is so fast. Thank you Gongs Unlimited
I've purchased gongs and accessories, chimes, a singing bowl and other stuff - it's always well packaged, received timely and sounds great! This purchase was for a Zaphir chime and a pair of Unlimited space grape mallets - arrived a day earlier than expected. And they have a great sense of humor - always a pleasure doing business with Gongs Unlimited!

I ordered a water chime and it’s amazing! It arrived quickly!
amazing service!! and i loooooove my gong!!!
I spent weeks looking at gongs and watching the videos to make my final decision. Honestly, I think I would have been thrilled with any of them. I am quite pleased with the 26 inch chocolate drop. Since I was looking for a deep sound to move my atoms around I am very happy with the size of this and the sound. Shipping was fast and it arrived on New Years Eve. Perfect way to start 2023.
