Products were well packaged. Also appreciate reading the note about how to prolong the life of the chimes. Love the variety of possible stands on this web site for Koshi chimes and the variety of other products. Great experience so far as a new customer!
I purchased the 38" Dark Star Unlimited gong and it is super cool! The people at Gongs Unlimited provided great recommendations for what I was looking for and within my budget. It arrived within 2 days and I have it hanging and enjoying it.
My most recent gong-buying experience through Gongs-Unlimited was exceptional...as have been all of such purchases of acquiring gongs, stands, mallets, and bags. The wide spectrum of choices, great prices, thoroughness and accuracy in answering probing questions, friendliness, generosity, and helpfulness of staff (who all have a tremendous sense of humor), and very rapid turn around time between ordering and delivery, are the best. Hands down (and mallets up!), the best!
I'm always thrilled when my Gongs Unlimited order arrives!! I just wish they were closer (I'm in California) I would love to visit the warehouse!
Connecting with likeminded energy people especially Ali.... Super helpful happy and happy with loving kindness and patience. Offering many options pairings with my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Michael A. Liberating Sounds Of Alchemy
I purchased a Zaphir chime from Gongs Unlimited, and enjoyed every step of the shopping adventure. The website was very informative, had great sound samples of the instruments, and the shipping was quick. The chime came well packaged. Much thanks to everyone at Gongs Unlimited (and at Zaphir) who played a part in bringing my new instrument to me.

I bought a refurbished gong stand (red sticker) after watching the video on the website. It’s absolutely perfect- you would never be able to tell that there was any abnormality whatsoever. It’s super sturdy and beautiful. Great deal. Very happy with this purchase.
