I really expected better
I really expected better. The sound is quite good but not exceptional, because the crash is quite coarse. This gong is not very versatile. As for the aesthetics, the design is not engraved at all, just sandblasted on the surface, so that the Sri Yantra appears quite little, depending on the light. I do not regret my purchase, but if I could have tried it before I would not have bought it. It is a mid-range model, not a masterpiece. Finally, you could still offer the mallet... ;)

Please note on April 24th, we explained in an email after you asked about the color of the design on the gong "it is etched into the gong, sandblasted, so the color you see in the design is IN the surface of gong now, embedded". - I am sorry you are surprised about this, as we discussed before your purchase. Quel Dommage that you forgot! N'est ce pas? We do not know what you mean by mid-range, etc what is high range? Also, this is more a product review versus a review of our service, which I think was pretty good, not bad, plutôt bien, pas mal - 6 or 7 emails before you purchased. we made changes to invoice before you purchased, we were truthful along the way, I think our service was pretty good.
