We still don’t have our order and when we reached out to customer service we got no response.

The awning looks to be well made

The awning looks to be well made. All the materials look to be of good quality. I installed it on my suv and was suprised on how well the suction cups worked. The supplied magnets were very strong as well. Set up was easy and straight forward. Another suprise was how heavy the stakes are. Setting up and stowing awning is quick. Hope to try it camping in a few days.

No response from customer support

Received the product, realized it didn't fit my needs. Asked for a return and they sent me a one line email saying "the product should work." Sent multiple follow up emails over the past week saying I still want to initiate a return and have received no response. Very frustrating, will not do business with this company again.

Product is as advertised

Product is as advertised. Shipping was efficient and easy to track and arrived as stated.

Asked for a refund within 24 hours

Asked for a refund within 24 hours of making the purchase after realizing they sold the same thing on Amazon for $80 less. It also arrived broken! They ghosting so I’m going to dispute the purchase with my bank.

Not Durable

I had a mattress for about a year and used 5-6 times. It was reasonably comfortable while it worked, but developed a separation along a seam. The chat is unresponsive and they do not respond to emails. So, you get what you pay for.

I am so happy to have found the GoTidy…

I am so happy to have found the GoTidy car awning! I had cobbled together something similar with an old canopy, suction cups and telescoping poles for my teardrop. It kind of worked, but wasn’t quite right- awkward, not water resistant and not secure. The GoTidy Awning is exactly the right size. It is very well made and I can put it up by myself in minutes. I have used it in windy conditions and it stays put. I have not experienced heavy rain with it yet, but I’m confident it will be great. I use the privacy panel with my extra poles as an extension to shade my cooking area. I was leery of the Velcro but it is holding fine. My only issue is the guy lines. They are flimsy quality, one was even frayed. They are not reflective. I have guy lines that are more heavy duty and have reflective stripes for nighttime which I’ll use. Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and free. Highly recommend this product!

I've reached out 3 times to Customer Support No Response…

I've reached out 3 times to Customer Service in order to start a return. No answer each time. We found out after inflating the mattress that the built-in pillows weren't going to work for us because we each have our special pillows. They say they offer returns within 30 days, but it's been 4 weeks and no response. Sadly I'm out $119 dollars. That is a lot to pay for something one can't use.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered an air mattress from them. After about a week I decided to reach out to the company to see when my order was going to be shipped. They responded the air mattress was out of stock but told me I could spend more money and bundle my mattress with a fitting sheet to receive the mattress. I asked for a refund instead. They never responded back. Sounds like a scam to me

Do not order from this company!!! I had a problem with my order. I notified by email that I received the wrong product 10 of the same color which is not what I ordered. I’ve reached out on numerous occasions to request a refund. My total order amount was $158.27. All this company wanted to reimburse me was $55.00 which I declined. Between numerous emails I settled for the reimbursement Gotivary agreed to refund which was $150.00 which I have yet to receive. I would rate this a minus 5 if I could. Just don’t order from this company, they ARE NOT good on refunding.

Poor quality?

After setting up to see if it holds air and it did, it failed overnight while camping. No visible holes, not sure if its the seams or poor quality.

I did not recieve a Gotidy Air mattress, perhaps that is why this review will not go over well for them. I had searched online checking multiple sites for the mattress I wanted to buy and chose this site because of the following: I would get an air mattress with a chargeable air pump that I can 100% use my vehicle to operate. Bonus, it had an air pillow just in case I drop my pillow in a puddle or something. I was expecting to recieve this as ordered with a patch kit. What I recieved was a Sokeface air mattress that did not have the advertised pillow section. Though the air pump is built in you have to remove it to use it, but I did expect that as you can see clearly a valve on the advertised picture. However, the pump is charged via USB, easily handled with getting a port plug in for the cigarette lighter to usb. There is no patch kit, all the directions are in chinese, and I was dissapointed to not see the company name of the product I ordered on it. Their shipping policies are not listed on their site to research, but upon going through their "Shop" ap, that they ask you to install, it was shipped through Amazon. Searching there, my actual mattress sells for 89.99 with coupon. Whereas I got 5% off through GOTIDY, and paid 104.00. So there's that as well. 0/5 stars for false advertising and lacking of a patch kit, as well as charging me for a GOTIDY and sending me a Sokeface. You won't see this on their website as they only have their 5 star reviews, which could very well be false and thankfully is now against federal law in the US. So here's hoping we'll see a combination of positive and negative reviews. All in all, it's an air mattress. I can buy patch kits from the store as well as make sure I tell my friends who were interested in my purchase what my experience was.

Received wrong/bad item

I received a Chinese version of the product I ordered. It does have the “GoTidy” brand on it anywhere. It’s not the same inflation/deflation construction. I paid over $100 for this product and will not accept that.

Fits my Colorado 5ft bed perfectly.

This truck bed mattress fits my Colorado perfectly. The materials seem stout. I love the included pump charged by USB. Very comfortable.
