I did a trial run on my patio so I wouldn't look inept on the campground. Fairly easy and feels very sturdy. Simple to understand directions, although I found it easier to attach the suction cups to the fly before adhering them to my patio door. The clips on the suction cups were a bit tight for my fingers to press open. All parts were included and they fit back in the carry pouch fairly easily, even if one doesn't know origami. Light weight enough for me to handle (I'm 5'6" 107 lbs). I've been looking for something like this for awhile. I was planning to buy all separate parts, but this had it all for a reasonable price and a compact carry pouch for all of it. It looks like it will hold up in wind, too, but not sure how much. I've been in some intense storms that probably would knock it down. I'd likely disassemble it if a nasty storm was brewing. I have a popup truck camper on a 3500 RAM.. Dogs take up back seat of truck, so gear space is limited. So this got great marks all around for me. I plan to use it to set up eating area, store fire wood, and shady spot for the pups. I also tent camp and my tent instructions are printed on a vinyl tag attached to the pouch. That's the only thing I'd add to this setup. Since it's rain gear, I see the paper instructions mutilated over time. I'll likely have them laminated.

Terrible would not recommend buying…

Terrible would not recommend buying anything from this company. I never received item I ordered and paid for. Received email from FedEx saying it was delivered along with pic showing package on someone’s front porch-not mine. Contacted FedEx with tracking number and my shipping address was told my address was not the address GOTIDY put on shipping label so I would need to contact GOTIDY. Called telephone number on their website does not go through/work sent 3 emails no response. Do not buy anything from this company unless you want to spend money and get NOTHING in return.

Absolute cowboys

Absolute cowboys, I am waiting a refund for over three months. One team said it was issued in July another said it was an error on their part and they didnt process it. One doesnt know what the other is doing. This company are fraudters do not purchase anything from them, my product didnt even arrive hence why I'm looking for a refund.

Only lasts a few uses, no customer service help

Decent product for a short period of time, but non existent customer service. I ordered a mattress a year ago and loved it for summer (fit perfectly in the car and was easy to use). But I tried to use it again and realized there was a leak or hole and ended up having to sleep the night on the ground. I tried to contact the store regarding this issue (multiple emails, calls, and even tried the support function on the website) and never heard back from anyone. Overall was a frustrating process.

BAD COMPANY haven't hear from in almost a month I tried emailing them I tried calling I found there Facebook and messaged them there I found them on Amazon and finally after 2 weeks did get a response but they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and another week and a half they sent me an email wanting me to keep the item they finally shipped it. This is very wrong and bad customer service I would just go to someone that has better customer service if u need parts for this don't plan on ever geting ahold of this worthless company

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Company sent me an email asking if I would take a 72” mattress as they were back ordered. I replied when was ship date expected. No reply from company. I replied 3 more times asking to cancel order. No replies. Was forced to buy from other companies as I needed it. Repeatedly tried to call, always a busy signal. Tried their website, left a message on their form. No reply. Finally recieved the air bed, 3 weeks too late. Tried to get an RGA, no reply. Am now in the process of disputing credit card as this company has 0 customer service. DO NOT Buy FROM THIS COMPANY

Leaks and customer service does not respond to my emails

I ordered a mattress for my Tacoma. It was a nice fit a the product had good design but from day one it leaked a lot of air. It was actually unusable and would deflate within an hour. I sent about a dozen emails asking for a refund but never got a response.

Possible scam bogus company

Ordered item - order was confirmed on the 26th of June, 2025. July 14th said it was on it's way. FexEx tracking states "waiting for instructions". I called the # repeatedly - response "We Can Not Complete Your Call". Emailed many times - response "Something went wrong / missing CAPTCHA Token". There is no CAPTCHA. FedEx shows on their map that the item has been in Chino, Calif since I first checked. Website said it would send in 10 days or less. Website said Go to the SHOP (scan)for updates. SHOP stated "For waiting for details". I really needed this item. I was deployed to the Texas Hill Country for the flooding on the 4th of July. Please, someone respond. ps -just called the phone # again. Now it's a busy signal. It this a scam company ????

I bought a canopy and need to return it, but GoTidy has refused to answer the phone or return numerous emails. They are totally non-responsive. Too bad, because the product is nice.
