I was apprehensive about this purchase (owning) because I couldn’t get an answer about the shipment! I bought this owning with intention to use daily on my job during hot summer days, rainy days or even snow days and I had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided, I receive an email asking for my order number, after I provided the number, no answer was given me… I finally receive the product now!
We were happy to find the items we needed on the Gotidy site. At first we were a little worried after reading the reviews about how long it took some people's items to get shipped to them, but our items came in a little faster than stated. A big thank you for that!
Just back from 2 weeks of camping with my Gotidy awning and it was great! I did attach 2 strips of large velcro to my van to give further stability and a way to divert rain. The only negative aspect is I tried to order additional side panels and never was able to reach company. This awning is easy to put up and very stable.
The item ship fairly quickly. It was exactly as described. There could be more communication from the seller on shipping and time frames, but otherwise it was a good experience.
Shipping was timely and arrived in fine shape,,only problem is/was the instructions could have been more detailed in regard to inflation and deflating.

I've had it inflated for over 3 weeks now and have slept on it three times. No signs of air loss and I'm an adult male. I would recommend. FYI it fits a 2023 Honda Pilot perfectly

The nonexistent TRACKING!! Yes, I was asked to join a site called Shop where it gave ZERO updates to where my package was! PURE EXCELLENCE GOTIDY TEAM!! Who's in charge of this nonsense?? Well, they need fired! And if you can't improve this process yesterday you are the absolute WORST!!
Never received my item. I ordered it on April 8 (hoping to get my package for the weekend of the 19th for an upcoming trip) and ending up getting the tracking info on April 11 stating there was a delay and then April 12, stating at it was in a facility in LA and nothing else after that. I tried calling the company phone number, left a message with no call back. I messaged the company on the Shop app and emailed the support team and haven’t heard anything back. I want a refund because I am very disappointed and will not be ordering anything from this company again. UPDATE: I got a full refund and I was told by John from GoTidy “Amazon Fulfillment lost your package and we are submitting a claim to them”. So I guess that makes up for it somewhat, in which case, I will increase my review from 1 star to 2 stars since even though I still didn’t get this product I was looking forward to receiving, at least there was an effort put forth.

What went wrong was you guys sent me the wrong product. And still refuse to send me an exchange label or refund me my money or contact me. I think you guys are very unprofessional about your business. But don’t worry I’m filing a claim on you about false advertising unless you guys can handle this situation yourself. I’ve sent you pictures and email an still you refuse to contact me or try to make this situation better?
