I never received the filters. I am filing a fraud claim with my back to get a refund. Do not order from this company!

Item never shipped. Reached out after a week. Was advised by them that payment failed. I advised them I paid thru PayPal and the transaction showed posted as wl was on my credit card statement. The response I received back was payment failed please place another order. So I simply disputed the transaction with my credit card. Would give 0 if I could

Never got the order

Never got the order and didn't even give me but a wks notice, so now I had to order from somebody else and I needed the filter yesterday not next year...

It took 18 days to get my order!!!!

They promise to deliver in 8 days ......which is a lie! It took 18 days to get my order!!!! So if time is an issue don't order from them. Otherwise I got what I ordered.

Got the wrong ones sent to me and still have not received the right ones. The only way I can find to reach them is through email. This method is not working at all. Now I have no ice and no water in my refrigerator.

Ordered filters on July 2 and didn't receive them until 9/2. After contacting company twice finally reshipped them saying the first shipment was lost. Very poor service. Don not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company. They refuse to exchange unopened filters that were ordered by mistake. The filters are completed sealed but I could see they were way too long even though I ordered what they said would match. Not asking for a refund just an exchange. Terrible service. I was told to donate and reorder.

Musty Taste

Usually I purchase our replacement filters at Lowe’s, but due to Covid, I ordered online this past Spring. I don’t think this is a knock off as both the filter and the packaging looked exactly the same as I usually purchase.

This is the worst company that I have ever ordered from. The filters do not fit. Can not reach anyone by the phone number that is listed on their site. I have been emailing customer support and they are refunding to give me a refund.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, incorrect cross references to filters with no return option, incorrect dimensions of filters and customer service says, "they think" a replacement would be a specific part. Phone number rings somewhere in China and is not answered. AVOID PURCHASE !

We ordered a three pack since it was cheaper than the 2 pack by a previously used company. Never again. Works for maybe a week then start spiting water out making a chugging noise. Repeated presses on dispenser sometimes helps ..or not. Removing filter water flows fine. Im done with this company.

these filters are not working they won't make my ice maker work since the water doesn't go through the filters Im going to ask for a refund i hope i have good luck with that.
