Good service

We rent a car, Perodua Bezza, for 2 weeks. The car was fine, no problems, the service was great.

Perfect support in Melaka by Rizuan

I stay in Melaka with my family and rent a Car by GM. That time, I changed my schedule several time due to other conflicts, even size of the Car because I need to bring my three kids with wife. But GM guy, Rizuan provided full support for my many request that time and we had good trip to Johor Bahru and Melaka city with rental car. Really thanks for good arrangement for us. And I definately will use this company again next time.

Had a amazing experience

Had a amazing experience with Green matrix. The car is delivered as promised with excellent quality. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who wants a reliable car rental experience.

Gabrinny was an excellent host

Gabrinny was an excellent host, giving us a reliable and affordable car to use during our 3 days in Kuching. He also included complementary parking tickets and umbrella (which was a life saver during the heavy downpours) for our use too. Will recommend him to my friends going to Kuching. Cheers!

Excellent service, highly recommended

This is our first car renting experience in Brunei. En Rasyid from Green Matrix Brunei has been awesome and generous in providing help throughout our time there. Would definitely rent again if we are to come to Brunei. The car - Vios was in a very good, clean condition with full tank. En Rasyid even dropped us to the airport on our way back. Thank you for the kind assistance.

Good service

All is good. Quick service, clean car, price reasonable, friendly staff. I really recommended this company if you want to rent a car rather than rent from people.

A car rental company that I can trust

Ever since the first time i rent car from Green Matrix to travel for work at East Coast Malaysia, i use their car rental service until now , each time when i need it... Have been using their service for more than 5times. The crews are always on time to pass me the car even though sometimes i arrived early. Their car is quite new , and very clean. Sometimes i faced some payment issues, they will take initiative to help me solve the issues and they will reserve the car for me even though is very near to the rental date. When the car model that i wanted to reserve is not available anymore they gave me free upgrade , really thanks for that! 😄 There's once me and my colleagues had an event and we arrived very late at the airport, they didn't charge me and were patient waiting for our arrival. Always helped me carry my luggage as well, explain to me the directions to travel, and there's once they prepare some local snacks for the customers ... Reasonably good price for the reliable service. I did rent a car once during promotion period, and after the discount the price is cheap even extra charges were added for returning the car 200++ km away! Totally worth it especially during promotion period! Sincere thanks to all Kelantan and Terengganu crew members for being helpful and nice to a solo business frequent traveller like me... Ribuan terima kasih !! 👍👍👍

Best car rental service ever!

I hired a car in Brunei with Rasyid. He gave the best service of car rental in town. The car is so clean, full tank, some food and water were provided as well. Easy pick up and drop off process. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend to everyone coming to Brunei.

Price that matches your budget

Used the service in Kuching. The consultant was very helpful in getting me a car that matches my budget. Price is reasonable and flexible. Car given was in mint condition and super clean inside. Very satisfied with their service.

The price should be more affordable.
