Used to rent from the Penang car rental company named after the biggest finger of ones hand until they became rude and none committal after hiring out a dangerously unsafe car.
Recommended by a friend, ive used Green Matrix twice now, first time was hell during pick up, this time round was much improved with clearer instructions on where to pick up. Both occasions, car was superb and no issues but importantly, service was cordial, friendly and helpful unlike the BIG finger company.
Important, credit card payment carries a surcharge, cash deposit necessary.
Return was quick, no issues with fuel.
Will recommend definitely.

Hi thank you for the review. We will always try our best.
We booked a last minute car for a week fro JB.
The staff was great, accommodating and ready to adjust to the weird timing we had while traveling.
Our next trip to Malaysia we are sure to rent from Green Matrix.

Hi thank you for the review. Hope to see you again.
Friendly, helpful and very easy. Willing to drop or pick the car at your place without extra charge. Will provide car accessories such as gps holder and toll card upon request. Will definitely call these guys when I visit Malaysia again.

Hi Kiki Maulana hank you for the review. Hope to see you again.
Amazing service, with worth it price.
I landed in Brunei and planned to fly back from Miri. So i requested them to send the car to Brunei. They made it possible for me, with reasonable charge.
The car was a new car, fresh from factory 😂 and im the first driver.... Great experience, easy deal, accommodative.
Thanks all.

Hi Ainunul Khalifah M Akhir Hi thank you for the review. We are happy that you enjoy the trip. Please come again.
Me & my family have use the service from this company a couple of times. The rental car we received arrive on time as promise, very clean and in very good condition. The staff is very polite and helpful to accommodate our last minute change request.
Looking forward for the next encounter during my travel.
Keep up the good service.
I used Green Matrix in March 2017 and had a car from them until May 2017
They delivered it to my holiday condo in Melaka the night before I booked it from, at no extra charge and upgraded me to a Toyota Camray.
The car was clean and tidy and drove well with no faults, I needed to extend my rental by 3 days and when I contacted them to do this they said that as my car was due out again soon they would upgrade me further to a Mercedes C class this was delivered to me in Melaka again a clean and tidy car and I arranged collection from Kuala Lumpur. They came at an agreed time and collected the car
All the staff I met were very polite and well dressed they used WhatsApp to keep me fully informed about arrival times and the hire costs are really hard for the larger firms to compete with
I will definitely use these next year when I return to Malaysia 🇲🇾

Hi Andrew Learmonth thank you for the review. We are happy that you enjoy the trip. See you again.
We engaged Green Matrix on few occasions driving in Malaysia. We love their excellent service in searching for available car in short notice, pick up/drop off the car as scheduled, easily contactable and seeking feedback for improvement. We love the trust built in each other and will continue to engage their service.

Hi Shaily thank you for the review. We miss you, please come again ya.
i was using GM in Sabah. Picking up car was easy. Car is in good condition and really clean. I was worry at first as i saw some negative comments on some other local car rental company in Sabah. I found GM, saw good review about the car company, i decided to give it a go.
Am so glad that we made a right choice !

Hi Ng Leanne thank you for the review. Love to see you again.
Great vehicle, fantastic service, great team - will definitely use again
Really impressed with the whole package provided by Green Matrix. Mr Amirul's team picked us up at KLIA on our arrival in KL, and took us the 10 minutes to their office. The vehicle was almost brand new (a Perodua Bezza), and performed without issue for the month we had it. The price was better than just "competitive" - it was the best we found, and given we only booked it 2 days before arriving in the country, we couldn't have asked for better. We were greatly impressed with the professionalism and the personal service provided by the team. Dropping us back off at KLIA at the end of our vacation was the icing on the cake. I can recommend Green Matrix without any hesitation, and they will definitely be our choice of company when we return to Malaysia (hopefully in the very near future!). Thanks team - you really are an impressive operation. We look forward to seeing you again. Terima kasih tuan tuan dan puan puan :)
