Much better than BIG finger option
Used to rent from the Penang car rental company named after the biggest finger of ones hand until they became rude and none committal after hiring out a dangerously unsafe car. Recommended by a friend, ive used Green Matrix twice now, first time was hell during pick up, this time round was much improved with clearer instructions on where to pick up. Both occasions, car was superb and no issues but importantly, service was cordial, friendly and helpful unlike the BIG finger company. Important, credit card payment carries a surcharge, cash deposit necessary. Return was quick, no issues with fuel. Will recommend definitely.
