I used Green Matrix in March 2017 and had a car from them until May 2017 They delivered it to my holiday condo in Melaka the night before I booked it from, at no extra charge and upgraded me to a Toyota Camray. The car was clean and tidy and drove well with no faults, I needed to extend my rental by 3 days and when I contacted them to do this they said that as my car was due out again soon they would upgrade me further to a Mercedes C class this was delivered to me in Melaka again a clean and tidy car and I arranged collection from Kuala Lumpur. They came at an agreed time and collected the car All the staff I met were very polite and well dressed they used WhatsApp to keep me fully informed about arrival times and the hire costs are really hard for the larger firms to compete with I will definitely use these next year when I return to Malaysia 🇲🇾
