The experienced trainers and coaches provided excellent guidance and support throughout the training, making the learning experience engaging.
I attended the Certified Generative AI on 01-02 Oct 26 and Certified Prompt Engineering on 08-09 Oct 26. Both instructors, Victor and Ranjeev, were very knowledgeable and engaging in their classes.
The training was informative and beneficial, providing valuable insights into HR best practices and practical workplace applications. I gained a better understanding of how to improve HR processes, employee management, and compliance. Moving forward, I will apply the knowledge gained to enhance my effectiveness in managing HR functions. For future sessions, more practical case studies and real-life HR scenarios would make the learning experience even more effective. As a constructive suggestion, future training sessions could include more practical case studies especially how to solve people problem, and real workplace scenarios to help participants better understand how to handle challenging HR situations. A follow-up session or sharing of best practices would also be beneficial in reinforcing the knowledge gained.
Yas, our ISO instructor provided exceptional training, demonstrating deep expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to complex compliance standards. She expertly broke down the standard clauses into clear and manageable steps, making the entire process far less daunting. Thanks to her engaging teaching style, real-world examples, and clear understanding of what auditors look for. I am a certified ISO 9001 and 14001 auditor myself but I felt I needed to learn more.
