All this was promised in the agenda - I enrolled 204 employees from my organization thinking that this will make it easier for them to use ChatGPT - we will get to use better prompts.
But nothing like that happened - David kept talking about integrating AI with this industry and that industry and how many people will lose jobs because of AI and Blockchain and IOT and Mobile services.
I have lost credibility because of how useless this Prompt engineering session was. i want to give -5 (minus 5) stars - keep that as an option

I paid around INR 33K for a course which I later found out was available in Udemy for INR 549. The same content and the same facilitator. This feels like fraud. Also, the content is boring and not helpful at all.

During exam we noticed Question No.27 & 28 were not complete and was difficult to answer them. It is always revisit the exam questions before it is released to students so that they are not confused during the exam.

alnafi is an self paved platform where u need to learn how to experience distance learning in your mother language i got an good job after completing the diploma ill be going abroad.
The highlight of this course was the live learning sessions with Deepak Sharma.
The recorded videos were difficult to understand, as the female spoke rapidly with poor english and closed captioning was not offered. In addition, there was one Powerpoint slide per video that did not cover all the information provided.
The alternative I was offered was a Guide, which includes very helpful information. There are typos and some gender bias. If this is intended to compliment the live sessions with Deepak, my recommendation would be to collaborate with him and enhance that guide significantly. Make it relevant to his sessions and the final exam. Also to include closed captioning in videos.
The Capstone Project is identified as a component of this Certification. This was not addressed in my experience of the course. If this is no longer active, I recommend removing it.
I learned very late in the course that I had outdated content in the LMS and am very grateful to Deepak for his guidance and providing updated material so I could complete the final exam within the set timeframe. I look forward to reviewing the Expert Talk Series.
The main result of taking this course is enhanced skill in curating effective learning experiences and partnering with stakeholders impacted by those trainings.
I found the L&D professional, instructional design, and L&D analytics/metrics courses to be engaging and informative with challenging exams. The final exams included relevant case studies. I liked the flexibility of choosing which chapter I wanted to study in each course rather than being locked into a rigid learning path. Furthermore, the courses were bite-sized, making them easy to digest. The on-demand videos with lectures from worldwide L&D/HR professionals were the highlight of these courses. The global professionals were engaging, providing deep insights and practical tips on current and future L&D trends.
The company need to improve on time management, language availability via caption CC, and providing guide. Lastly, instead of using zoom, use a suitable platform for people to access the link you drop even if you end the meeting.
Gen AI for Business Masterclass: Great Learning Experience
I recently completed the Generative AI Masterclass for Business Session 1, and it was an insightful one. I am expecting to participate in future sessions and also to be more interactive.
One suggestion: Please have a specific option enabled for Q&A in Zoom meeting settings, so that the questions can be answered in an orderly manner, or a different platform like Pigeon hole can be used for this as it can be viewed after the meeting ends too.
I enrolled the information security management practitioner course and expected the course content to be interactive but instead it was delivered in the powerpoint slide with the worse voice-over.
The funniest part is that the course content is a combination of ISACA, ISC2 and CompTIA with a confused stage between foundation and intermediate. You can get those contents publicly without need to pay a single dime.
I wish I can get the refund as it definitely not worth for money but their policy is not allowing for refund.

I had experience with GSDC attending Certified Instructional Designer course. The e-learning videos were very amazing. I learned a lot from this program on the key competencies for Instructional design. I will use all the learning materials in my day to day work.
