Deeply grateful to the GSDC

Deeply grateful to the GSDC - Global Skill Development Council for the opportunity to undergo the Certified Chief Learning Officer program. This experience has been truly transformational, particularly the masterclasses focused on: * L&D Strategy & OD, * Design & Delivery Excellence, * Performance Management & Measurement, * Leadership, Coaching & Talent Development. The practical nature of the assessment and the depth of the research-based capstone project provided a holistic view of how L&D functions as a business driver across diverse industries. * Special thanks to Matthew Hale and Ruguozeno Chuse for their mentorship and for fostering such an enriching learning environment.

Happy for the certificate

The Balanced Scorecard training did not prepare me to actually implement the practice. The modules were out of order and confusing. The files provided did not support my learning. Overall, not worth my time, money, and effort.

It's an eye-opening experience

It's an eye-opening experience for me to know Gen AI better. I love the quote by Mr. Ranjeev, "human judgement still matters" and that gives me confidence in using Gen AI tools.

Great to Start

The training, practice exam and the final exam was really good. Demonstrate combination between the concept and risk perspective.
