How GenAI-Driven QA Experts Will Shape the Future of Quality Software
The presentation simply showed how to do Prompt Engineering with a different tool and how to create bugs which I did not feel provided any value at all.

Dear User,
Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback regarding our recent presentation, "How GenAI-Driven QA Experts Will Shape the Future of Quality Software."
We sincerely apologize that the content did not meet your expectations for depth and value. We understand your frustration and recognize your point that the session, at times, focused too heavily on basic Prompt Engineering and the simple demonstration of creating bugs.
Our intention for that specific session was to provide a foundational overview to a broad audience, illustrating the potential and the necessary preliminary skills. However, we clearly missed the mark for attendees like yourself who are seeking more advanced, actionable insights.
A Deeper Dive is Available
We want to assure you that we have much more in-depth content available. Our experts are currently showing indepth knowledge on the same topics in other formats and upcoming sessions, which move well beyond the introductory material.
These advanced sessions focus on providing the significant value and expertise you were expecting, covering areas such as:
Advanced Prompt Engineering Patterns for complex test case generation.
Strategic Integration of GenAI models into existing QA frameworks.
Validated Case Studies demonstrating significant ROI and efficiency gains.
Advanced techniques for root cause analysis and defect prediction.
Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us tailor our content to meet the needs of all our professionals. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to demonstrate the depth of our expertise.
Sincerely,
The GSDC Events Team

A Quick Request Regarding the Rating
We noticed your detailed feedback expressed high praise and enthusiasm, but the accompanying rating was 1 star. We suspect this may have been an accidental click, as a 1-star rating typically indicates a poor experience.
If the experience was genuinely positive, we would be incredibly grateful if you could please take a moment to update your rating to reflect your written comments (5 stars, for example). Your high rating is vital in helping other professionals understand the true quality and value of our programs.
Thank you again for your kind words and for being a part of the GSDC community. We look forward to seeing you at our next event!
Sincerely,
The GSDC Team

The expert explained complex features of Gamma AI tool to create PPT in a very structured and simple manner, making it easy to grasp the core concepts. He not only walked me through the functionality step by step but also shared practical use cases that made the tool’s value very clear
Timing of the live sessions will be a challenge for everyone - it's either in the middle of a work day (North America), evening (Europe), or middle of the night (Asia) depending on where attendees and Presenters are located. I thought they did a good job of trying to balance the times, but perhaps the timings of future sessions could rotate to be more fair to those attending from outside of the Americas; or at least delivered within their daylight/working hours.
The sessions I attended were well run by what appeared to be experienced facilitators, remaining on topic and beginning and ending on time. For some, there were excellent resources (links to books, articles, etc.) shared in the chat, which offered opportunities to explore topics further should the participant desire to do so.
For many of the topics I attended, the presenters offered a good mix of beginner and intermediate level content, however there were some where I believed the content was based on long debunked theoretical info, and this potential for controversy was not addressed by the presenter, which made it difficult to extend the benefit of the doubt to their claimed expertise in the topic area.
