The people from customer service did their best to find a acceptable sollution. In the end Gshopper arranged with Ninkear a refurbished laptop with about the same specifications. This was a good acceptable sollution for everybody.

Dear Gshopper,
I bought a Ninkear Laptop N14 Pro from Gshopper's EU warehouse (Order #WSG000027451). The laptop has been with Gshopper for repair under warranty since January 14, 2026.
Unfortunately, Gshopper has been unable to repair the device because the necessary replacement part is unavailable. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but no solution has been provided. The last response I received was in April 2026, and it is now July 2026.
I have been waiting for my laptop for over half a year. Customer service keeps apologizing and claiming they are waiting for higher management to provide a solution, but nothing changes.
Gshopper prominently claims on its website: "Gshopper Warranty Policy: Shop with confidence, Hassle-free Warranty". Waiting 6 months without a resolution is the exact opposite of a hassle-free warranty.
Since a repair within a reasonable timeframe has proven impossible, I request an immediate resolution within 14 days: either a full refund or a equivalent replacement laptop.

Regarding the repair of your Ninkear N14 Pro laptop (Order No.: WSG000027451), which has been ongoing for over six months, we have conducted a thorough internal review and high-level discussion. We are now providing you with our final resolution as follows:
I. Factual Clarification on Warranty Status
Upon verification, you purchased this device on January 31, 2024. Our standard one-year warranty expired on January 31, 2025. When you submitted your repair request on January 14, 2026, the device was already approximately 11 months out of warranty.
II. Explanation for the Six-Month Repair Delay
The delay in repairing your device was primarily due to the fact that our upstream supplier has discontinued production of the required replacement parts for this model, making it impossible for us to source the necessary components. During this period, we actively communicated with the supplier in an effort to find a solution, but ultimately confirmed that the parts are no longer available for restocking.
Additionally, we acknowledge that our customer service team failed to clearly inform you at the time of repair intake that your device was already out of warranty. This was a service oversight on our part, and we sincerely apologize for it.
III. Final Resolution
Although the device is no longer covered under the statutory warranty, and the repair delay was primarily caused by the supplier's parts discontinuation, we remain committed to our responsibility to our customers. Given the significant inconvenience this has caused you, our management has specially approved a one-time courtesy replacement—we will provide you with a brand laptop of equivalent specifications free of charge, as the final remedy for this situation.
Please note that this replacement is a one-time exceptional courtesy extended to your specific case and does not constitute a general commitment to provide free repairs or replacements for out-of-warranty products.
IV. Execution Commitment and Timeline
Replacement Confirmation: The replacement order has been officially placed with our EU warehouse.
Completion Deadline: We commit to completing the shipment of the new unit within 14 calendar days (no later than August 12, 2026).
Next Steps: Our after-sales representative will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your shipping address and delivery arrangements.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for this replacement will be fully covered by us.
V. Your Confirmation Required
