Communication History On September 23, 2026, at 18:00, you contacted us by email stating that the product’s weight differed from the information published on another website. You also informed us that the product was unopened and requested a return. We replied and asked you to first verify whether the product description on the GShopper website was accurate. On September 23, 2026, at 19:00, you requested that GShopper take responsibility for the inaccurate product description on another website and asked to return the item to our warehouse in Germany. We explained that purchases made through GShopper should be based on the product information published on our own website. We have no control over product information published on other websites, and GShopper is responsible only for the information displayed on its own website. As the product was shipped from China, our return policy requires the customer to cover the original shipping cost of $28. We also offered to provide documentation confirming this shipping cost. On the same day, you published a review on Trustpilot describing the product as being of “poor quality.” We responded by pointing out that the product had not even been opened, and therefore, its quality had not yet been assessed. On September 24, you opened a dispute through PayPal. We provided you with the return address. However, as of today, we have not received confirmation that the product has been returned, nor have we received an updated return tracking number. Today, you published another negative review, raising further concerns about the refund and product quality. 3. Our Position If an investigation confirms that GShopper is responsible for the issue, we are willing to accept responsibility and address the matter accordingly. However, we cannot accept public accusations that do not accurately reflect the facts, particularly when the dispute concerns information published on another website, the product was described as being of poor quality before it was even opened, or the applicable return shipping costs have not been addressed in accordance with our return policy. We have retained the complete email correspondence and communication records and reserve the right to submit this documentation to the platform for review. We remain willing to resolve this matter fairly, based on the facts and in accordance with the platform’s policies. If you have already returned the product, please provide the return tracking number so that we can follow up on the matter through the appropriate process. Thank you for your understanding.
