Hi Kyle, Wow, three years and still looking brand new — that's exactly the durability we build for! Thank you for such a detailed appreciation of our materials; it means a lot to hear the Tech Cloth and Tech Linen are standing out for you. We hope to keep earning your trust for many more years! — GTRacing Team
Hi Sheri, We're glad the right rep was able to get things sorted and that the PC is working great! We truly appreciate your patience through the initial hiccup and your helpful feedback. Enjoy your new setup! — GTRacing Team
Hi Kevin, we completely understand your frustration. We’ve already reached out to you directly and hope to hear back from you soon so we can help find the best solution. — GTRacing Team
Hi Robert, Thank you for the kind words! We're glad the chair and the shipping both hit the mark. Enjoy! — GTRacing Team
Hi Betty, Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review! We're thrilled the delivery team came through early for you — that's always the goal. We're sorry the chair wasn't the right fit for your needs, but how wonderful that it found the perfect home with your grandson who loves it! Your note about the light cord placement is genuinely helpful feedback and we'll pass it along to our product team. Wishing you and your family all the best! — GTRacing Team
Hi Erik, thank you for sharing your honest and detailed experience. We’re glad to hear that you found the chair well made and easy to assemble, but we’re sorry that it did not provide the level of comfort you expected. Comfort can vary depending on personal preference and sitting habits, and we truly appreciate your detailed comments. We have reached out to you directly and hope to assist you further. — GTRacing Team
