My package was delivered with the box destroyed once I opened the box pieces were missing and I could not build it so it’s just sitting there until I get the parts it needs. Very frustrating

I was in serious need of a new chair but after years of second-rate chair experiences I was ready to kick things up a notch. My search led me to GTRACING and this amazingly comfortable chair but for me the bonus was that it lights up AND has a back massage feature! It came packaged securely, was easy to assemble, and is very high quality. I've seriously never owned a cooler chair than this in my life. Now, creating art at my desk is something I look forward to even more.

The shipping was so fast I was impressed. Most seats are comfy for like a day or two and then flatten out. I've searched for the perfect chair for years and have finaly found one that is comfortable day 1 and stays comfortable for a fair amount of time! Still going strong 8 months later! I will be shopping at GTracing again!

This review is two-fold. First is regarding my most recent purchase. I bought my wife a new chair to complete her office computer/desk upgrade. The chair arrived quickly and with no issues. Assembly took a bit but not too difficult since I am used to building things for her haha. The chair itself is very comfortable with the right amount of support in the seat cushion. I tested it out during an 8hr gaming session and my rear end never got tired or sore. The armrests are solidly designed and don't feel like they are going to fall apart. I leaned it all the way back to test the tip over and it never tipped or fell over. The lumbar "pillow" was actually firm and not squishy like I have experienced with other chairs. All-in all we are very happy with it. Second, I have a chair from them I bought about 3 years ago and it is still holding strong. The only thing I don't like is that the armrests are free floating but that was my choice in chairs when I bought it so nothing against GT Racing. I haven't had any issues with it and as I said, I have had it for over 3 years now. To summarize, I can't say for certain why there is a bunch of hate in other reviews because I have had zero issues with my chairs (one that is over 3 years old and another that I got for my wife recently). I have had no issues and will absolutely be buying another one once my older chair is ready to be replaced!

I absolutely love this company we have had no issues before. We are loyal customers, with delayed shipping and a faulty leg tracks and swivel base, I assumed maybe a new product joints extendable leg rest part needed to be broke in but it feels like I should put WD40 on it. I have not, however this was a birthday gift and didn't arrive on time, it was highly disappointing.

The comfort of the gaming chair was not there. It was bad enough that I decided to take it back apart and put back in a box which is not easy and send it back for a refund. They offered me $10 as a token of goodwill on a $200 chair, no thanks. You probably give out better discounts on a sale. You had a disarisfied customer and you offered them $10? I tried it for a 6 hour gaming session and had a pillow behind my back to help but couldn't tolerate it.v upper lumbar support is way to big, looks great on advertisements but try it out. Just awful. Its aesthetic only.
