Bad product
Bad product, repurposed alibaba/temu crap. Not worth even the sale price of $350. Chair has a metal bar going through the entire middle, so without pillow it is extremely uncomfortable.

Chair is nice, but different than expected.
It was ok, the chair was different than from picture of the one I ordered. Not as comfortable as presented. For larger gamer.
Terrible customer service can't get a hold of anyone.
I love my chair. However I paid for the extra coverage for shipment issues etc with Seel. And I just had a small rip in the upper left back part of the top part of the chair. Which when my box arrived it had a big hole in the center from shipment. I sent several emails and I did get 2 replys back but I was told to submit the same stuff I had already submitted. Which I was told someone would reply back to me within 48 hrs. I submited all that was requested including photos as proof of the small hole and the damaged box. It's now been almost a week and still no repsonse from anyone. So I have decided I give up and I will just repair the small whole myself somehow and just forget dealing with you all. As this is ridiculous that I have to send the same info more than twice and still no replys back to my emails. Terrible service. I will be sure not to ever purchase from you again and I will be sure to tell my family and friends as well to avoid as well. Due to no replys back with what to do about the rip in the chair. But as I said I will just live with it and repair it myself.
