Not the best quality
Not the best stitching quality or upholstery. Wrinkles in material almost immediately.. fraying threads almost immediately. Top heavy so when you have the backrest leaned all the way back like you are reclining.. your one gust of wind or a fart away from the chair falling back on the floor. Also the company saw this review and sent me a message in private.. I haven't even read it yet and dont know where the inbox is they sent it.. guess on trust pilot but I just started using it.. I dont like the method, if they have something to say they can say it in public for everyone to see.

Once I first got my package, the left arm rest was broken. Had to wait another 2 weeks just for that part to assemble. After getting the armrest, I was trying to screw in a screw that fits the placement and just to be EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED after the screw won’t tighten. So now my left armrest is forever wobbly. This is unacceptable.

I had to purchase a 2nd chair…
I had to purchase a 2nd chair only because my wife (nail tech from home) took my chair due to how comfortable it is!
Packaging is perfect there’s enough protection so the parts don’t get damage in transit. Along with that it’s very easy to set up and instructions are very very clear.
One thing that this company does that others don’t is give you spare parts.

Chair doesn't fit yeah im a bigger guy but not that big this chair is made for people that are twigs worst $160 I ever spent

The chair is super comfortable and easy to put together.
Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because I had to pay 20$ extra for pink and it’s the most unsaturated gray salmon color.

Chair delivered is actually a GTPlayer which I could have bought on Amzon for less and had free delivery & quicker.
Chair isn't that comfortable - the bottom cushion is too hard.

Great chair for the $, easy assembly in about an hour from a boxed start. I am 6 foot and 265lbs so I was a little worried that it would be flimsy and not last long under leaning and reclined, but really feels good. Not for someone 300 or more and it does not rock back, but the pull out footrest it out of the way unless you want it, being in a smaller office it stay pretty small footprint for moving around and the rear does lean way back for a comfortable position if just watching a movie or something. Thanks for making a good product shipped fast from inside the US!

The chair arrived a day earlier in excellent packaging. It was simple to put together with clear directions and plenty of extra pieces (although I didn't need any). It's incredibly comfortable and reclines smoothly. The foot rest slides in and out smoothly.

Chair is comfy arrived fast and easy however the slot for the upper arm linkage is bent so putting on the arm rest is hard without bending it to lay flush however I just don’t put on the arms
