I have had my chair for about a month…
I have had my chair for about a month now and I love it. I ended up getting one for my daughter too. Her's has bluetooth speakers and mine has a back massager.

Half ass lumbar pillow
Paid for the plus edition, which included a lumbar pillow. The lumbar pillow was half ass stuffed and I had to buy more stuffing and stuff it myself. If you’re going to market and sell chairs with an exclusive lumbar pillow, you might wanna make sure the pillow is worth a damn

Great chair!!
Delivery was quick and assembly was painless. I love the fabric gaming chair. My previous chair pleather was peeling off after owning for quite a while. Looking forward to having this chair for quite a while. All the features were as advertised, and I am enjoying using it for my home office and gaming.

I needed to order a replacement cylinder for my chair one year after purchasing. Customer service was very helpful, and I got the replacement quickly. However, I also wanted a taller cylinder, but they only had one size. After some research on the web, I found a site to order a taller cylinder, but I think GT should carry taller cylinders for people of different heights.

I ordered a desk and chair, both were easy to assemble with just myself, and I my new office space is looking amazing! I elected to pay over time, which was a nice option to have as starting a new business is pricey!

Originally, I wasn't a huge fan of the chair due to back pain after sitting for about 20-30 minutes or more at a time, and for its price, that shouldn't be happening. After customer support contacted me about the issue, they sent me a lumbar support pillow for free, which helps A LOT.
The chair is okay, and customer support is great!

The part that slides out for you legs could possibly be a little sturdier I don’t use it because of that. Chair is fairly comfortable, doesn’t seem to be super supportive of strong but we shall see. I am a college offensive lineman at about 6’4” 320lbs. Hopefully it holds up like it says it would.
