The product was better than I was expecting. The setup instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The package arrived sooner than expected and in good condition. The instructions are easy to follow and fun to put together, and the chair itself is very comfortable, and the leg rest and massage feature is a game changer for me, I love this chair and highly recommend getting one

Customer service is severely lacking. Got a shipping notification over 3 days ago and it still hasn't been handed over to FedEx. Customer service won't email me back. I've called several times it puts you on hold for 2 minutes then forces you to leave a voicemail (they won't call you back) I FINALLY got someone on the phone just to sigh and hang up! Mistakes were made buying from this company! Buyer beware for sure!!

Ordered the same chair twice, received the wrong color twice. Was told on the first order a replacement would be sent and I didn’t need to re-order, this was false. Was offered $10 the first time to keep the wrong color, second time this offer was lowered to $5 and they did not care whatsoever that this was the second time it had happened.

Some customer support and order issues.
I think the customer service and ordering system could use some work but overall the experience with the people was good; when I can get to one :(
Calling customer service is painful between having two full prompts to finally get to queue and once there a very short period drops you to voicemail and many times i never got a call back.
As for the order system, why not have an upgrade link on any order form where when clicked it gives you the option to add upgrades to your chair. The wait is now the upgrades are ki d of hidden from the order process. If you order, look over the accessories because thats where the upgrades are.
Overall though the actual agents are generally pretty good. I had one tell me they were sending me an email directly after the phone call and 4-5 days later i never saw it... had to call multiple times until i got an agent who sent me the link immediately.
OK the ordering and product satisfaction. I have ordered 3 chairs and two of them had audio that DOES NOT WORK... the bluetooth device WILL NOT connect to my PC and then when I connect it to my phone the speakerss in the chair are out of balance and weak; one speaker seems like there is no sound at all; this was true OF TWO of the chairs I only ordered two with audio SO 100% of the chairs I ordered the speakers are bad and the bluetooth device is bad. The third non audio chair advertised on the website with a vibrating lumbar pillow; but it does not even come with ome EVEN THOUGH the website shows one.

So I got the cheapest setup I could afford, didn’t really think much about it because I was only starting out my sim racing journey. I got the Rush Series GTS04 and the quality is surprisingly good. I play on decently high force feedback and a carpeted floor, but the stand feels really stable. Although this does not suit my Raceline pedals(fault on my side honestly because I didn’t check the compatibility with my T598) The wheel stand itself feels really great, the height is adjustable too and for the price it’s a solid purchase. Hoping to upgrade my setup more through the help of these guys.

Item did not get delivered as promised and customer service gave the run around when trying to check status. They offered credit for the problems and we going on 3 weeks no credit yet.

The plate for the stick shift is super flimsy, the bracket for the pedals moves too easily, and there isn't a spot for a ebrake.
