The chair was easy to put together, but it's very very comfortable. I'm a big guy so I'm not sure I would use the leg rest, but I'm really happy with the chair.

Update 7/7/26: After I posted my original review, a supervisor reached out and apologized after reviewing my case. They acknowledged the inventory issues and communication problems I experienced and offered either a replacement desk or a full refund. Since I had already purchased another desk elsewhere the same day mine broke, I requested the refund instead. I also accepted their offer to send the chair, as my son still wanted one. While I appreciate that they eventually took responsibility and worked toward making things right, I do wish this level of customer service had happened from the beginning. The original experience was still frustrating and time-consuming, but I wanted to acknowledge their efforts to resolve the situation. Original Review: I was contacted that a chair i ordered was not in stock and to select another chair or they could cancel. I provided another choice and they said that one was sold out and to look only what shows available however on your website and on the shop app the chair was available. When i mentioned this to the rep all of sudden there was some type of glitch and it was available. Top it all off the desk i ordered broke during assembly which i mentioned and they wanted pictures however the table was already in the trash and i was not going to go dumpster diving for pics. I proceeded to tell them to go ahead a cancel the order. I will never shop with your company.

The best office chairs for their price. Different textile/fabric option / colors for every chair. Their Tech Cloth/Tech Fabric found on the LR chairs is extraordinary. The material is one of it's own, soft plush durable. One of those chairs I have looks brand new after 3 years. The tech linen (fabric) looks scandinavian , elegant and earthy. Feels strong and silky. These chairs are very amazing for their price with quality materials.

The delivery service was great. I expressed a specific arrival date and was told that everything would be done to meet the requested date and they did in fact deliver 2 days earlier then requested. So thank you for that. With that being said the chair is disappointing. The comfort is not there thin padding and within 6 months will probably be uncomfortable for a 200lb 6ft 2in man sitting for a long period of time. The lights are really cool and match the desk lighting. However, the position of the light cord that is behind the chair and with computer on right side of chair as you move chair you run over the cord so that is a problem and safety issue. Chair will now be a birthday gift to our grandson who just loves it. Please note that we are elderly citizens and have to be careful in maneuvering around furniture. Thank you Betty Cox

Chair is well made and easy to construct. However this is almost painful to sit in as a larger guy due to the wings on the seat jutting up at too high of an angle. There is no comfortable way to sit if I want to cross my legs or move a leg onto the chair. If the wings were not at as sharp as an angle or were padded better it would be bearable.
