I bought the Footrest Series GT905 Leather Editon in red and black. It was originally dropped off at the neighbor's house but that is the fault of the delivery driver and easy enough to retrieve from them. Once I opened it, it was easy to put together with clear instructions and labels and had a bag with 1 extra of each kind of bolt used incase one was lost. However, within a month or two of buying the chair, the leather started ripping and coming off from me just sitting down and getting up, with no other unexpected type of use. I sometimes lean to one side with my arm on the armrest to think and one day the bolt fell out holding the armrest in place, so it likely just managed to unscrew itself over time even though I tightened it as best as I could.

I have had my gaming chair for about 2 years now, and after that amount of time with the product I have nothing bad to report, as I'm writing this I am no longer using the chair due to one of the components breaking but I am fully aware that GTRacing is a more budget friendly company and line of gaming chairs so for the time it lasted me I can say without issue that this company makes sure the customer gets their money's worth.

I have an adjustable bed and the remote started going out on it about a year ago we were constantly having a tape it. The last couple months I got worse so I kept trying to contact you guys about replacing the remote it friendly ended up breaking where I was stuck in a weird position and I'm a bedridden quadriplegic so it's very difficult for me and you guys sent me the wrong remote and then told me that it was my fault and that you guys didn't have the right remote you know you're the one that made it. The customer service was probably the worst that I've ever dealt with as a whole company. And you guys refusing to help me has made me buy a whole new bed which is something I can't afford.
