some screws did not go in all the way as the holes did not line up properly. The hex tool stripped by the 4th screw.

One of the parts was incorrectly manufactured, leaving me unable to complete the build. This normally wouldn't be a problem but, when I included all pertinent information in my email request for a replacement, my treatment felt procedural and condescending. Update: Replacement shipped. resolution pending.

Great product and quick delivery at great price. I use it with the Logitech RS50 8 nm wheel base, wheel and pedals and it works fine. The packaging could be much studier though as the box arrived damaged.

I asked to order an extra set of armrests to have on hand. The company sold them to me at a good price and sent them quickly. Much better service that another company that charged 500 for a chair and won't sell parts to repair it. Check out Gamers Nexus for that company.
