Edited: This company actually replied back to me, apologized for the lack of service when I called, and offered a refund. They went above and beyond to help me. I changed my review. Chair wasn't what I wanted but the company came through for me. Very appreciated. Original post: Chair was fairly easy to assemble, and the colors and style looked like the photos online. However, I bought it because it was supposed to be really comfortable. The basic seat cushion is really firm and not very soft. I have already bought two additional cushions to try to make it more comfy. Also the armrests are not adjustable. (To be fair, I didn't check that before I purchased.) So for me (I'm short), the armrests don't work. Apparently they do sell cushions for the armrests though. Not a bad price but ultimately it is not what I wanted or expected. I called customer service and they just said "return it", they didn't offer anything else like a discount on a cushion or anything helpful. This was definitely disappointing.

I ordered my GTRacing chair in November 2023 and recently the Bluetooth adapter died...I was devastated as the chair speakers still worked great and the chair itself was still super comfortable. Thankfully, when I reached out to customer support, they were able to ship me a replacement Bluetooth adapter. They were very responsive and kept me updated throughout; it was a very easy process! If I ever need another chair in the future (which might be a while lol) I will be sure to get it from GTRacing as their quality and support are few and far between! Highly recommend.

The price was good for the chair. Your customer service needs improvement. I called several times and got no answer. Eventually they called me back. My grandson is satisfied with the chair.

i was sent the wrong chair, i ordered the 800 and received a 500. no speakers or massagers like i paid for. i tried calling and never received any response.

It’s a good chair, but not as good on my back as I had hoped. It was recommended for helping back pain, thus far it has not. Will change the rating if it ends up helping. Good quality chair tho

The desk I ordered is good, but the dual monitor holder does not have anywhere to go besides the 2 T connections on the metal and it limits the monitors quite a bit

Shouldn't have to put it together piece by piece! It was very frustrating to put together. All tho it is kinda nice. Just not worth about 200$ if I gotta piece it all together. They are just plastic and metal pieces pretty much made into objects that your gotta piece up.

The chair was easy to assemble, and came with all the parts. The only issue was we ordered the white chair to go with my son's gaming setup theme, but was slightly disappointed to see the color of the chair was more like a light gray and not a true white. The overall comfort and quality was as expected but the color didn't match what was selected.

To start, my chair didn’t get here for over 10 days when it was supposed to be two day shipping. All of the pieces were in thrown into the box without any protection. the box was also completely destroyed when it arrived. the color was not the same as it was in photos. The chair overall is okay, just not very satisfied with the experience.

I cannot get this thing put together. I have tried laying on it to get the screws to catch, not happening. Super disappointed since my last GT chair has been solid for 4 years, but is now falling apart.
