评价综述

AI 生成

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the extremely low prices compared to other marketplaces, making it a very popular destination for acquiring digital items without spending too much money. Many people also mention that financial deposits are processed quickly and the bulk buying tools work reliably well for all frequent daily purchasers. However, some people mentioned recurring issues with unexpected trade reversals from sellers and delayed transaction processing times. A few users additionally experienced frustrating customer service responses and unexpected account balance bugs when attempting to successfully and smoothly complete their purchases.

I really like your project, and I want your creation to continue to grow, because it's one of the few sites with skins that I can work on (I'm from Russia). Please add the RUB currency🙏

Recent customer experience

3rd party marketplace where you can get decent deals. 3% commision is a bit high compared to othger marketplaces, but is still within reasonable amount. You can deposit with a bank card or crypto - bank card used to have instant effect, but now you have to wait for 1-2 hours for funds to arrive.

Thank you for your review! We are working on improving bank card experience

HaloSkins review

I've been using HaloSkins for the last six months. Pros: - one of the cheapest options for buying skins - Plenty of deposit options. - many sellers and high liquidity. Cons: - Too many trades are not accepted by the seller. - No buy orders.

Reliable Site

This is a good old reliable site if you want to sell skins relatively quick and without too much hassle when it comes to withdrawing after the trade-protection ends and you get active funds on your wallet in the site. Pros: Bulk Buying works flawlessly and trade offers get insta-accepted after you click buy on the site, the support it's reliable even if it takes a while to get a reply due to time-zones. Cons: No bargains, no consistent filters across mobile app / desktop site, no patterns screenshots just like their competitors ( this is needed asap ).

I bought many skins from here with no issues until I had an issue buying an expensive skin. It took a few weeks to resolve it and get my money back because the skin wasn't available anymore. Support was super helpful they even offered a small amount of money to cover damages. The support also stuck with me for some time until the entire issue was completely resolved. 4 stars only because it took multiple weeks to resolve the issue. Thanks to the support.

40+ days for a 21$ refund 0$ comp

40+ days for a 21$ refund 0$ comp Had a trade reversed and it took 150+ messages talking to 5 different support agents sending 10+ screenshots of the incident over 40 days to get a 21$ refund with 0 compensation. Horrible customer support and with so many good marketplaces no one in their right mind should use this one!

HaloSkins 回复2025-12-09

Hello! We are sorry to hear about your experience, your orders reverse didn't trigger automation, and somehow we also missed it during the manual reviews. All stuff involved already recieved a warning. There is no built-in compensation, besides the full refund. After refund confirmation, we planned to grant you with a $10 coupon as an apology for waiting, but unfortunately you disabled the chat with our staff on Discord before they can tell you this. You still can keep in touch with us to take it. Best regards, HaloSkins Suppot Team

Had a couple of purchases including music kits and a knife. Their strict delay policy is what I like about them. No issue at all except the minimal top up value is 10 dollars which can sometimes make me don't want to top up at all.

HaloSkins 回复2025-12-04

Thank you for your review! You can consider start selling skins too, so you don't need to top up
