Because of our location, we have an extra layer of security check, compare to European markets, so the bank deposits, especially the initial one, take longer time to arrive, and have a higher chance of rejection. Please use crypto if you need to top up fast.

When someone reverses your order, they ghost you and dont want to give you a refund
After I bought the items and seller reversed the order, they completely ghosted me and keep ignoring me for 6 days. Ridiculous. I must say that I wrote them every day, some days even two or three times. I'd pass on them if I were you.

Sorry to hear about your experiecnce. There are multiple notice about deposits not being withdrawable. As well as FAQ and ToS.
Transactions in crypto takes second to minutes, but the first bank deposit might take up to a day, because of anti-fraud checks.

No clarity on when i can use the money i deposited. I deposited 452 dollars and all i get is "insufficient account balance, please refill it." when i try to purchase the item i am interested in
Edit: Issue was resolved and i made my purchase without a hitch. Haloskins support replied to my email and the payment problem was resolved minutes later. I'm changing my score. The transaction was completed quickly and painlessly. And the prices were cheap.

Deposited money, won't let you buy anything. Got trade reversed
deposited money with crypto. When I try to buy stuff it says insufficient balance when i clearly have enough balance. Can't even take out balance, can't buy anything, can't even do anything.
Great support if they had any to begin with ...
It gets even BETTER. After buying another skin the trade got REVERSED and then I STILL see the seller selling skins on their site and they haven't done a single thing to solve it ...
Seems like a website where they can manipulate everything. Stay away from this website at all costs, use other sites...

i deposited 40 dolar for 36 dolar skin. no problem depositing but when i try to buy the skin i want, the site says ''Insufficient account balance. Please refill it''. Even tho i got more than enough money i can not buy the item

They offer a 1% fee on depositing and a 3% fee on selling, making it some of the lowest compared to other sites, which in my opinion is its strongest point.
The prices for the items are "average", meaning that some are cheaper and some are more expensive.
The sales aren't automated (unless you're using a bot, I suppose), meaning that you have to manually agree to the sale on their site within 12h.

Real marketplace, just not a particularly good one
Liveness checks all immediately fail regardless of the device/browser I try to complete them in, which means I can't deposit. Selling items involves handing over your Steam session token which is... concerning to say the least.
I have been able to deposit via crypto without any issues in the past so I don't think this is a fake/scam site, hence the 2 stars rather than 1. However, considering they apparently haven't even worked out how to allow customers to pay fiat I'm frankly a bit concerned about how competent their developers are. If they're still struggling with basic, core functionality like this then why would I trust them to keep my data safe? This is the exact sort of marketplace that really should not be trusted with something as sensitive as a session token.
