We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, Jason. We take concerns about our products and how our business is presented seriously. We’d be happy to look into your experience further, please send us your order number at [email protected] so we can review the details. Best regards, Harrington & Co. Hatters

Thank you for your detailed review. We’re very pleased to hear that you’re happy with both hats, their quality and value. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns regarding our brand story and product origins. Transparency and customer trust are important to us, and we’ll take your feedback on board. Thank you again for your 5-star review and for choosing us. Best regards, Harrington & Co. Hatters
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, Kenneth. We’d like the opportunity to look into this further and see how we can help. Please send us your order number at [email protected] so our team can review the details. Best regards, Harrington & Co. Hatters
Thank you so much, David! We’re delighted to hear your caps are such a comfortable and perfect fit, it’s wonderful to know you enjoy wearing them so much. We really appreciate your kind words and continued interest in our range! Best regards, Harrington & Co. Hatters
