Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the warehouse error and the delay in getting your correct size in time for Derby day. That’s certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout the process. We’re glad you’re happy with the product itself, but we understand that a great product should be matched with a seamless purchasing experience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll be reviewing our fulfillment process to ensure smoother handling in the future.
