This company is terrible. Got the Hat Clip and like others have said it wouldn’t even hold a hanky . Have been trying to get a refund , they keep saying they have refunded me and their leader is not giving any more . Yes they did refund me $3.05 . What a joke .

Product quality: The clip simply does not work as advertised. It’s marketed as a magnetic hat holder, but the magnet is far too weak to actually hold a hat. I provided a video to the seller showing exactly how the hat falls straight off — it’s clearly not fit for purpose. Shipping experience: The item took nearly two months to arrive, despite a quoted shipping time of around 15 days. Tracking stalled for weeks with no updates, and I had to repeatedly chase the seller for any information. Customer service: This was the most frustrating part. Even after showing clear proof the product doesn’t work, the seller repeatedly refused a full refund. Instead, they offered $3, then $5 “compensation,” despite advertising a 15-day money-back guarantee on their own website. They insisted that I return the item to a warehouse in China at my own expense (which would cost more than the product itself). It took multiple emails, escalating the issue, and referencing PayPal before they acknowledged the complaint at all. Sold the hat holders useless pile of crap dead set scam
The company Havegather advertises these as very strong magnetic hat clips that will hold heavy western hats. The magnets are so weak they will not even hold a light baseball cap. When I contacted the Chinese company for a refund they refused. Denying their advertising video was false and misleading false and that the goods were fit for purpose.
We got the magnetic hat clips and they just hold a piece of paper that alone a hat. What rubbish!!!! Do not buy!
Poor quality products, great ideas, but not excited at all well, long postage times, not super easy to deal with to get a refund so far
Product is a poor copy of what is shown the Hat clips will not even hold a very light hat, have shown all the evidence they have requested and offered a $4 refund what a joke.
Stupidity did not check reviews on this company before purchasing 2 hat clips, the clip could not hold a hat to save itself. False advertising to the max avoid at all costs.
Scam scam scam take your money and don’t deliver
I paid for an Internally heated industrial laser welding tool but what I received was a cheep Soldering Gun I have emailed them but have got no response this company is a scam do not buy from them.
Havegather have a very poor tracking system in Australia everything was good in the USA once in Oz there was no tracking very poor reply from them as to tracking it just turned up at the post office one day. As for the item go somewhere else and pay for what you get i got a cheap electric soldering iron that i was lead to believe would weld anything and cut steel, none of that is true and to add insult it only has an international plug and came with no instructions i now have a cheap soldering iron for $91 in USA currency. It took 6 weeks to get here and that may have been air freight to Oz. Buyer beware some scam sites have give them 32/100 rating.
I ordered a welding instrument and this is 6 weeks waiting for it to arrive and never got it. I emailed them and they said it's in transit. They send me a very strange tracking website that doesn't give you any info, just in transit?? I don't trust this company be very careful, looks like a SCAM.
Ordered a tool from them they send you shipping info and then you never get the tool you ordered and paid customer support would not help just said it shipped and was delivered on this date and time well I have ring camera it was not delivered. Then they just don’t return emails. SO DO NOT USE I BELIEVE THERE A SCAM.
They have no real customer service staff apart from AI. I've repeatedly asked them to cancel my order and begged not to send the products. Every time I sent them email, they sent me the link to "contact seller". And didn't give me the option to cancel on the website. And after 2 days of trying to cancel the order they Shipped my order. I'm positive that they did it intentionally. If you order a product by mistake, you can't cancel the order. There's no way to communicate with them. There's no phone number provided and sending them emails is no help whatsoever.
I ordered these for my son to weaf to school. I like that it is light weight and not too difficult to get on. My son loves it because it is comfortable and light.
