And our 30-day moneyback guarantee only applies to your first 30 days using our service, not for any renewal payments (also called out in our terms). Again, I'm really sorry that the annual renewal surprised you and that it falls outside of our 30-day moneyback guarantee, but we are indeed following our own refund policy.
