I ordered 2 dresses and received two very different dresses from what I ordered. I have tried to get return instructions 3 times with no response.

Awful experience
Awful experience! Ordered a dress for a group dance performance so had to be identical to other dresses ordered and they sent me a totally different dress. When I asked to be fully refunded they offered less than 20% of the price I paid for it and even that they have not sent me. Awful awful experience, I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company

If only you could put a MINUS star! As per ALL the reviews this company is a bunch of despicable & robbing bas#*r*s Trying now for 3 months to get a return processed with no response ever! Something should be done to stop them from sending out wrong goods, not responding to return requests and getting away with it - it is daylight robbery! Anyone who knows law and can stop them please do it…. HORRIBLE

I ordered 4 items from their facebook store. Nothing comes as advertised. 2 items were totally different items. One is only 60% similar. One is wrong size. All of them are very poor quality.
Fraudulent Business Practices, DO NOT PURCHASE.
I purchased three dresses from Heracora. The items I received could not be more different than the pictures on which I based my purchases--the style, materials, and quality are night and day difference. No one looking at a side by side comparison would ever believe that these were meant to be the same items. When I received the items, I immediately contacted customer service to initiate a full refund since what they sent me was definitely not what I ordered. I have had to follow up multiple times to get responses, and I provided pictures of what I received at their request. After having to follow up yet again, they offered to "compensate" me $20 (on a $122 purchase) to "help me" avoid costly return fees. Why would I be responsible for paying return costs on items that aren't what I ordered? This company grossly misrepresents their products and then "offers" a fraction of what you paid, assuming you even have the fortitude to persist in requesting your money back. Avoid at all costs, they are a total scam. It's also worth noting that when I reviewed the first of three items on their website, providing a picture of what I actually received, my review doesn't show up on the website and I then had no ability to review the other two items. Not only will they not return your money, you will not be allowed to post a review that might help others avoid being scammed.
According to their tracking
According to their tracking, my order was delivered by USPS. It was not delivered to my address. I've contacted then 3 times now with no response. I'll now report it to my credit card company.
Horrible
Horrible! Don't buy from them, first it took a month to arrive, they sent the WRONG item, the 2nd one didn't look anything like the picture, and when I complained they offered $8 (after I've spent over £70!) And when said I wanted to return and refund they ignored me!! Still trying to get my money back. Scammers!
Dress ordered 4 weeks ago, not even shipped yet.
I ordered and paid for a dress almost 4 weeks ago, and have not received it yet. When I use the order number to check on it on their website, it just shows a message that they will notify when it has been shipped. I need it for a special event soon. I have sent them 3 emails, with no response. I am going to get my credit card company to refund my money.

I have sent them different emails but they told me they can't trace the order. When I sent the screenshots of the order with the data (absurd thing) they no longer responded to me. If they don't give me my money back I will report them to the police.
total scam!!
total scam!! I paid 70 dollars for an outfit an it came out really trashy and cheap looking. Totally different and less quality as shown on the website. I emailed the so called 'customer service' to return my item and haven't had any response until this moment. It's a total scam so DON'T buy anything on this website!!!
