Pepperball

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We've paused our BluntForce cartridge while we work on improvements to the product. Rest assured we have not forgotten our HERO 2020 customers in states where projectiles are prohibited. We are also working on some new and exciting HERO 2020 cartridge options for these states. Stay tuned, we'll be reaching out to all our customer with updates on these products as they become available.

Hi there, sorry to hear you've had trouble getting a hold of us! Please be sure to check your spam messages for an email reply from us. We'll also try reaching out again in case the last message didn't come through. Regarding the price, you ordered 15 days prior to the sale's start (Nov 4). Unfortunately this is outside the range we're able to honor sales prices. We appreciate your feedback, and will also reply with this information via email.

Not a fun way to find out your cartridges need replaced! Sorry to hear of your experience. Our irritant cartridges have a shelf life of two years and should be replaced by the date on their sticker. If you have any question please feel free to reach out. And as always, stay safe out there!

Sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding when ordering. I've checked your order history and see you purchased the CORE version of the product, which does not include electronics, on March 14, 2025. We support all our products with a 1 year warranty and would be happy to look into the issue with your safety lever and firing. If it turns out we need to have the item returned for maintenance, we could also do an upgrade at the same time to get you the laser sight and stun light. Please give us a call, we'd like to help: (833) 437-6669
