I have emailed you several times on the basis of trying to return the nonlethal gun. I’ve tried and tried and tried. I’m getting no response and I feel that this was a big scam based on your customer. Service sucks.

I love it
I love it! The non lethal weapon looks and feels of good quality. Just the right size for me! I will practice this wknd. My mailing drop off was, though not your fault, a horrible experience, I've not seen this ever happen before. The mailperson left my pkg right next to the road, since he couldn't fit in my mail box! Luckily I was leaving for work right after he left and spotted it. Thank you Joy Robison

I can not get them to answer me…I’m Trying to return the Hero Pellet gun which just arrived..I was given one by a friend..they haven’t resounded to my request to return it after several attempts both on line and in the phone. I received a note from them after posting this review that they sent it yesterday and to check my e mail and spam folder ..still no response..

Great how-to videos and advice on using the Aiiro non-lethal spray. My wife really appreciates the non-lethal yet effective deterrence factor she can carry on her person. I feel much better when she travels about town now as well.

I am very happy with the HERO that my husband gave me for Christmas. I give this one a 5 star. It is light weight, easy to handle and perfect for non-lethal self defense, especially for women. I ordered the soft holster and am happy with it overall, however the clip is difficult to use. I was hoping to attach it to my waist band, but the clip is to tight to attach. More usable for a belt.
Great company with a great product
Great company with a great product. Nice people, easy to work with. I had originally screwed up my order, but they helped me straighten it all out. I am completely satisfied with my interactions with them and the product I received. My one criticism is that they have a phone number where you can leave a voice message, which they apparently never listen to or respond to. But they respond immediately and very helpfully to email. So don’t try to call them; that seems not to work.
