While these cartridges are not re-loadable, they are very simple to use for people of all skill levels. No loose rounds, gas canisters, or tools. I purchased a 2020 hero and Hoster in the waistband. The Hoster does not hold the weapon securely. It pops out very easily when setting not good.

My Hero 20 20 misfire the training cartridge. Costumer service is sending me a new one. It got replaced real fast. They sent some extra training cartridges. Tested the new Hero 20 20, worked great. I now feel confident it will work when needed.
