Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. A loss of trust is not the experience we want for our customers. HeyGen announced the credit-based changes to our plans for any new users, and gave all legacy customers the option to stay on their plan as long as it stayed active (no lapse in subscription). For most of our customers who are using the new avatar models, the new plans offer more video creation per month. If you have concerns about your plan going forward, please provide your email address in the request and we will look into it for you.
