Have literally made an account for this as I ordered the earbuds a full 2 months ago, and tracking is giving me no information It has been stuck at a regional depot for weeks When i contact customer service, they’ve completely blanked me Do not trust this company!! I reckon this is a scam even
Horrible. It's been almost a month and have not received even a single notification of my earbuds shipping. They claim they ship in 2 days. False. Then on top of that horrible customer service. I have sent 2 email inquires and have not recieved a response. Don't order from these scammers.
The single greatest pair of earphones I have ever owned. I am one of those people who has tried over 20 different earphone brands over the years and of course, I found satisfaction with a few of them but these are on a whole other level. I am not even going to touch on the light-up feature (as cool as it is). The earphones alone are amazing, the bass control and the noise cancellation, are absolutely A-grade stuff and for that price! It almost seems like I am being paid by HHOGENE to talk about them but that is not the case, I have already bought 6+ pairs as gifts for my family.
